"That was 1st time that I had visited a sports clips to get my haircut and felt like I was getting a 100% satisfaction service the girl who had helped me and cut my hair not only listened to what I asked but far exceeded my expectations on my haircut she was very skilled in her profession andis passionate about her position and when I found out she was the regional manager for that area she well deserves that position but not only that should be recommended to train properly across-the-board "

"I created an account and signed in online with the feedback that my stylist would be ready for me at approximately 9:52 AM. I arrived and it was my understanding that I needed to check in and announce that arrival and then I would be placed into the queue consistent with the feedback I got on my laptop after I had signed in. I was placed at the back of the bloody queue and waited for 30 minutes while 4 other customers went before me. Your online sign in appears to be absolutely worthless. When I asked the stylist what had happened, she was befuddled and had no answer. So, if you are looking for a succinct description of my customer experience, it SUCKED. Your online tool failed and no one in the store had a clue on what to do about it. There are other places I can get my hair cut. How badly do you want to retain me as a customer? Your turn now, guys. JNL"
